This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S 2023, in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner who is the lady, is that she has bitten the informant with her teeth. 5. Considering the allegation which is against the petitioner, Section 307 of the I.P.C. cannot be attracted. All the other provisions of the penal law are bailable in nature. 6.
