The learned appellate Court having appreciated the evidence of the prosecution witnesses and the Judgment of the learned trial Court on correct prospective confirmed the conviction. There are no grounds to interfere in the impugned Judgment. Hence, the conviction shall be maintained. 3. Sri Venna Hemanth Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri P.V.Vidya Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had already undergone the period of imprisonment imposed by the learned trial Court and the appellate Court. 4.
