(4) Parties were referred for counselling vide order dated 25.4.2025. Counsellor’s report is on record. Perusal thereof reveals that parties have decided to reunite and start life afresh. (5) Learned Counsel for the parties unanimously submit that since the dispute has now been settled and parties have decided to live together, therefore, the appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
