Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) In the present writ petition, petitioner has prayed to stay the disciplinary proceedings initiated vide Memorandum dated 05.06.2025 (Annexure P-4), pending the conclusion of the criminal trial in FIR No.72/2025 dated 03.04.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the order of dismissal dated 22.12.2025, passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Hamirpur, HP, which is based on fact that the inquiry authority, namely Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Court No.III, Hamirpur, HP, vide its report dated 21.06.2025, came to the conclusion that the charges as such were proved, which had led to the dismissal of the 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- petitioner by imposing major penalty under Rule 11(ix) of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal), Rules, 1965. 3. Faced with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition with liberty reserved to challenge the said orders in accordance with law. 4.
