The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. To direct the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 5 Lucknow to decide the case No. 298 of 2024 (Sanjay Barnwal V. Diksha) filed by petitioner pending before him since 10.07.2024, annexed as Annexure No. 1 expeditiously within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii. To direct the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 5 Lucknow to decide the application for Visitation rights filed by petitioner, in the above noted case No.298 of 2024 (Sanjay Barnwal V. Diksha) same is annexed along with the Annexure No.1." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the family court to consider and decide the abovesaid application filed for visitation right in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
