The is an application seeking extension of time for depositing 75% of the award amount directed to be deposited vide order dated 26th September, 2025 passed by this Court in Arb App No. 5/2025. 2. Following directions were issued in aforesaid order: “i). The impugned order dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge, Srinagar, is set aside. The delay in filing the petitioner under Section 34 of the Act of 1996 before the Additional District Judge, Srinagar, is condoned. ii). The petition of the appellant herein shall be entertained and considered by the Additional District Judge, Srinagar, on merit subject to depositing of 75% of the award amount within a period of four weeks from today.” 3. The applicant-Chief Executive Officer, Dodhpathri Development Authority has moved this instant application seeking extension of time to comply with direction no. (ii). 4. The application for the reasons stated therein is allowed and the time to deposit 75 per cent of the award amount in terms of direction no. (ii) is extended by four weeks. 5.
