This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 17.02.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 086 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 & 392 of IPC, registered at Police Station Gosaiganj, District- Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate court or authority as per permissible under law. 4.
