The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the Review Application No.3146 of 2022 (Mauja Umarpur Deraha 618 in Original Case Misc. No.4190 of 2007- 2008, Computerized Case No.R20221509003146 (Prafulla Kumar Rai and Others vs. Ramnath and Others), under Section 220 of U.P. Revenue Act, 1901 within some stipulated period as granted by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the pending review application. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances, respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow is directed to decide the aforementioned review application no.3146 of 2022 Mauja Umarpur Deraha 618 in Original Case Misc. No.4190 of 2007-2008, Computerized Case No.R20221509003146 (Prafulla Kumar Rai and Others vs. Ramnath and Others), under Section 220 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him. 5.
