2. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks some time to comply with the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in WP(S) No.8141 of 2023 passed by this Court.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
order passed by this Court.
4. Considering the facts of the case and submission made by the counsel for the parties. On perusal of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in WP(S) No.8141 of 2023, it reveals that time limit was not given to the respondent authority to comply with the said
order, therefore, this contempt case is disposed of directing to the respondent authority- Managing Director, Chhattishgarh Tourism Board, Raipur (C.G.) to comply with the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in WP(S) No.8141 of 2023 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with relevant rules and law.
