PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Cout made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The petitioners are challenging the docket order passed by the Judicial First Class Magistrate of Banaganapalle in Crl.M.P.No.947 of 2024 in C.C.No.172 of 2017. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.172 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 138, 142 of N.I. 2 Act. The petitioner filed an application seeking recall of the PW1 for further cross examination. The said application was filed when the matter is posted for examination under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. The learned Magistrate considered the prayer of the petitioner seeking to recall the PW1 for the purpose of cross examination and allowed the application to that extent. The learned Magistrate has denied the grant of thirty (30) days time to the petitioners for cross examining the PW1. 3. This Court finds no infirmity in the order and accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
