The said instruction dated 17.07.2025 is passed on to this Court by the learned State Counsel, which is taken on record. 4. To this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet before the appropriate forum in the appropriate proceedings. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains in the present criminal writ petition and it has rendered infructuous.
