This petition has been filed for the following reliefs : "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite paty no. 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in pursuance of first information report registered as Case Crime No.0257 of 2024, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS registered at Police Station Vishesharganj, district Bahraich, against the opposite party no.s4 to 7 ; (ii). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to consider and decide the representation ated 14.02.2025 for transfer the investigation of the said case as Crime No.0257 of 2024 under Sections under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS registered at Police Station Vishesharganj, district Bahraich,to higher authority or independent agencies, against the opposite party nos. 4 to 7 within stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court contained as Annexure no. 3 to the writ petition." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 21.12.2024. 4. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays and is permitted to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the court concerned if any, or take appropriate remedy as per law. 5.
