Admittedly, as accepted by the counsel for the petitioner, as of now, there is only theoretical division of Gata no. 1973/1 and actual physical division of the holding is yet to take place. Further, consolidation operations are also pending. Nevertheless, petitioner has already approached the District Authorities, if they have jurisdiction and authority in the matter, they can do the needful in the matter, but after hearing the affected parties, unless any proceedings are pending before the Consolidation Officer or Court which prohibits the District Authorities to proceed in the matter in which case they shall keep their hands off leaving it open for the petitioner and other affected parties to avail the remedies prescribed. 3.
