The present applicant is apprehending his arrest in Case Crime No.0391/2024, under Sections 64, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Neem Gaon, District Kheri. However, after arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has requested that the applicant may be given liberty to appear/surrender before the learned trial court and may file his regular bail application. 4. If such bail application is filed, the direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. Therefore, without entering into the merit of the case, I hereby disposed of this application finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the applicant to appear/surrender before the learned trial court within a period of three weeks and may file his regular bail application. If such bail application is filed, the same may be heard and disposed of finally with expedition without giving any any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 5. It is needless to say that in the meantime Investigating Officer shall conduct the investigation properly taking into consideration all final aspects produced before him.
