The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: " Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kadipur, Sultanpur to expeditiously decide the Application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. bearing Paper No.4C2 filed in Original Suit No.89 of 2025 (Sangeeta Versus Om Prakash & Another) pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kadipur, Sultanpur, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. It is further prayed that till disposal of application for temporary injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. bearing paper No.4C2, the parties concerned may be directed to maintain status quo regarding the property in dispute." 3. Considering the fact that 28.02.2025 is the date fixed on the injunction application, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to pass the orders in accordance with law on the said application on 28.02.2025 itself.
