The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "The petitioner named above most respectfully begs to submit that for the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the Entire Proceedings arising out of Charge-Sheet No. 01/2023 dated 21.11.2023, under section 504, 307 I.P.C. &, Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Husainganj, District Lucknow, as well as All consequential proceedings of Session Trial No. 1015/2024, 'State Vs Yusuf, arising out of Case Crime No. 154/2023, under section 504, 307 I.P.C., & Section 4/25 Arms Act, registered at Police Station - Husainganj, District - Lucknow, pending in the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st. Court No.25, Lucknow, in the light of Compromise taken place between the parties dated 25.09.2024, which has been duly verified by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Court No.25, Lucknow vide order dated 07.01.2025, through Annexure no.5 to this affidavit, in pursuance of order dated 07.11.2024, passed by this Hon'ble High Court in A-482 No. 8116/2024, 'Yusuf Vs State of U.P. & another, in the interest of justice." Learned Counsel for the applicant states that on account of some formal defects in the pleadings, he does not want to press the present application and liberty may be granted to the applicant to file a fresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the applicant, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
