The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No. 3 to take decision on the complaint dated 15.01.2025 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) within stipulated time and till the decision is taken on the complaint dated 15.01.2025 the opposite party No. 2, 3 and 4 may be directed not to release any budget in respect of the works proposed under the meeting dated 22.12.2023. 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the enquiry has already been initiated and is pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off with direction to conclude the enquiry with all expedition preferably within a period of four months.
