Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to register petitioners as B.Sc. Nursing with the Council as per schedule of the Indian Nursing Council and Gazette Notification dated 07.10.2022. 3. It has been submitted that petitioners had obtained Degree of B.Sc. Nursing from the I.E.S. University, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) which is a recognized institution as per Gazette Notification dated 07.10.2022 but despite their application, they are not being registered. 4. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh representation before opposite party no.1 i.e. Secretary/Registrar, U.P. Nurses & Midwives Council, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation. 5.
