Raza Khan Vs Jasna), for Divorce, pending before Him since 17.03.2023, expeditiously, within stipulated time." Taking note of the prayer, as sought by the applicant, under Section 483 Cr.P.C. (now repealed) akin to Section 529 BNSS, instant application is not maintainable. Accordingly, it is dismissed with the liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. The certified copy of the impugned order or any other certified document filed along with the application shall be returned to the learned Counsel for the applicant by retaining a photocopy of the same on record.
