Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and Mr. M.M. Salam, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of complainant. The Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in added Section 316 IPC in FIR No.77 of 2020. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that the applicant has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 20.01.2021 in FIR No.77 of 2020, under Sectios 498A, 304B IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Jarval Road, District Bahraich. 4. Learned A.G.A. as well as learned Counsel for the complainant opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the fact that the applicant is on bail since 20.01.2021, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail in added sections also. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Shahid Hussain @ Chhakkan be enlarged on bail in the added section 316 IPC on his furnishing personal bond. The applicant need not to furnish fresh sureties and the sureties already furnished deemed to sufficient. The applicant is abide by the condition imposed in the bail order dated 20.01.2021.
