No. 1766 of 2025 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to comply with the order dated 8.11.2024. The application is considered and allowed. The aforesaid order be complied with, within four weeks. It is clarified that in case the said order is not complied with, within the aforesaid period, in that eventuality, interim protection granted by this Court, vide order dated 8.11.2024, shall be withdrawn, without reference to this Court and the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to proceed further, in accordance with law.
