The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties No. 1 to 3 to ensure the release of the Public Utility Land i.e. Gata No. 248, measuring area 0.3160 hectare recorded in Revenue Records as barren land having Kabil Imarti Lakdi situated at Village Kotva, Pargana Miranpur, Tehsil Sadar, District Sultanpur which belong to Gaon Sabha land in favour of Gaon Sabha from the illegal encroachment of the opposite party No. 5 to 8 expeditiously say within time framed period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has efficacious remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the appropriate authority, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within the period as prescribed in the statute.
