On instructions, he submits that after investigation, charge- sheet has been submitted against the petitioners, namely, Mukesh Sahani and Rakesh on 21.10.2022. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would advice his client to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, both the writ petitions have rendered infructuous and the same are accordingly dismissed as such. 7. However, it is open to the charge-sheeted petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet, if so advised, in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 8.
