This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 11.12.2024, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0381 of 2024, for the offence under Section191(2), 329(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station Achalganj, District Unnao. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, final report has been submitted before the supervisory authority on 1.3.2025. 4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if required at the appropriate stage. 5.
