Learned State Counsel made a statement at the Bar that after investigation the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 23.03.2025. Therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition, and it has become infructuous. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he would challenge the said charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before the competent forum. 7. In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 8. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
