The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the order dated 13-12-2024 passed by Nayab Tahsildar Haidrabad, Tahsil Gola, District Lakhimpur Kheri, in Case No. 9026 of 2023 (Computer Case No. T202310430309026), filed under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, by which name of the opposite party no.4 to 8 should be recorded as registered will deed dated 04-10-2023 on the basis of Serial No.371 on plot No. Oath Commissioner 40 of Khata No. 345 area 1.453 Hectare contained in Annexure No.1 to the petition." 3. Considering the remedy available of appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of finally without interfering in the order impugned, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under law.
