This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in a criminal case registered under Section(s) 310(2) BNS, 2023 in connection with Potka P.S. Case No. 05/2025, pending in the Court of J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur. It is alleged that huge quantity of copper was stolen and the same was allegedly sold to this petitioner. Though the petitioner is not named in the FIR but the co-accused has confessed that they have sold the stolen copper to this petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to allow this anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner, named above, is rejected. Anu/-C.P.-3 (ANANDA SEN, J.)
