By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant who is the petitioner in the connected WP(C) 6490/2024, prayed for impleading the District Commissioner, Barpeta and Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta as respondent nos. 7 and 8. 3. The learned standing counsel for the FT matters has submitted that Page No.# 3/3 the authority which is impleaded as respondent no.5 in the connected writ petition also does not exist. 4. Considering, the prayer made in this interlocutory application stands allowed and District Commissioner, Barpeta and Superintendent of Police (Border), Barpeta allowed to be impleaded as respondent nos.7 and 8 in the connected writ petition. 5. The learned counsel for the applicant is also directed to submit an amended copy of the cause-title in respect of respondent no.5 by substituting it with the correct authority. 6. The same shall be done by providing a amended copy of the cause- title of this interlocutory application as well as in the connected writ petition to the AO(J), FT Section within 2(two) working days. 7.
