Learned counsel for the respondent no.5 informed that the proceeding in question has already been concluded by the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Ramsanehighat, Barabanki on 22.01.2025 and the said order has also been challenged by the petitioner before the sessions judge in revision. 3. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact that the proceeding in question has already been concluded by passing the order dated 22.01.2025 which is already under challenge. In such circumstances, the present petition is misconceived and liable to be dismissed. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby dismissed. 6.
