"Leelawati Versus Jagatpal" Under section-323,506,427,504 1.P.C., pending before ACJM, Court No. 17, Sultanpur since 29-06-2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. on 29.06.2017 before the learned court below which was treated as a complaint case. Since then several dates have been fixed, however, the trial has not concluded yet. On due consideration to the fact that the complaint is pending since 2017 and is at the stage of evidence, in the interest of justice, the petition is disposed of directing the learned court below to make an endeavour to expedite the proceedings of the aforementioned complaint case expeditiously.
