The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the incompetent (illegal) employee, and, or." 3. It is evident from the writ petition that the petitioner has filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005, the In- Charge of Public Information Officer, Nagar Nigam, which is alleged, has not been replied. 4. If that be the case, it is open to the petitioner to move before the appellate authorities under the Right to Information Act. The petitioner who claims to be a social worker seeks a general enquiry and to move against an employee without naming that employee in the prayer and without any material evidence. 5.
