Petitioners claim rights and interest in land bearing Gata No.470Ka situated at village Pratap Pur Chergarh, Tehsil Kunda, Pratapgarh and in that context seek a mandamus from this Court to opposite party no.3-Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Kunda, Pratapgarh not to pay the entire compensation in respect of the said land which has been acquired for the purposes of Ganga Expressway. These are not matters to be seen under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. The petitioners, if they have a cause, may approach the Special Land Acquisition Officer or whosoever is competent under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 raising a claim or seek other remedies as may be permissible under law. 4.
