Allow this petition and pass an order directing the 1st Respondent (District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Lucknow-II Through Learned President) to decide Consumer Complaint No. 81 of 2022 titled as Mrs. Anupama Dwivedi & 2 Ors. versus Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Through Managing Director & CEO & 3 Ors, expeditiously within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of the said order without granting any adjournment to Respondent Nos. 2 to 5." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
