This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the order dated 11.02.2025, Annexure-2 whereby certain Gram Vikash Adhikari have been transferred from one place to another. 2. Submission has been made that the transfer of the Gram Vikash Adhikari is contrary to the guidance issued by Annexure-1. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the guidance was issued on 10.02.2025 and the order has been passed on 11.02.2025. Post passing of the said order dated 11.02.2025, the petitioner has not taken any action/cared to approach the respondents in this regard and has rushed to this Court purportedly in public interest. 4. Those who have been transferred pursuant to Annexure-2, two have been transferred at their own request and other two persons have been transferred in public interest, they apparently are not aggrieved of the said order of transfer even if it is contrary to the guidance/order dated 10.02.2025, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition purportedly in public interest and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
