The petitioners claim that their land has been acquired way back in 1974 but the compensation has not been paid. 3. We are now in 2025. The notice of acquisition has not been annexed, however, the petitioners have annexed some notices issued to them way back on 08.10.1974. 4. Be that as it may, considering the delay let the petitioners approach the opposite party no. 2 by way of moving an application giving the details of land, which, according to them, was acquired but compensation has not been paid, who may get the facts verified as far as it may be possible to do so and do the needful as per law but with expedition, say, within a period of three months. 5.
