Baruah, learned counsel for the applicants and also heard Mr. K.K. Bhatta, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1. By an order dated 18.01.2022, this Court directed the opposite party No.1/appellant to deposit 20% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. In compliance of the said order, the opposite party No.1/appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.4,73,995/- before the Registry of this Court, being the 20% of the total awarded amount. By this application, the applicants/claimants seek for direction to release the deposited amount. Mr. Bhatta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party No.1/appellant has no objection, provided, the applicants/claimants furnish a bond. In view of above, the prayer is allowed. The Registry shall allow the applicant No.1 to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.4,73,995/- on furnishing adequate bond and on proper identification by their counsel.
