PUBLIC PROSECUTOR 2 The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER:- These Criminal Petition Nos.3178 and 3184 of 2025, under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioners/A1, A2, A3, A14 and A15 (Crl.P.No.3178 of 2025) & petitioners/A11, A12, A16 and A17 (Crl.P.No.3184 of 2025), seeking regular bail, in Crime No.50 of 2024 of G.Madugula Police Station, Alluri Seetharama Raju District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(a)(i) r/w 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’), Section 3 of PDPP Act and Section 20 of the A.P.Forest Act. 3. The brief facts of the case are that on 11.11.2024 the SI of Police, G.Madugula Police Station received reliable information about cultivation of ganja. On that the SI of Police along with revenue officials (Mediators) and police personnel proceeded to Degalarai Village hill area and there they found A1 to A18 while they were cultivating the ganja and they were pouring water to the ganja plants. On seeing the police A1 to A18 tried to run away, but they were caught hold by the police. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 3 5. It is brought to the notice of this Court by both sides that an application for bail is pending before the Sessions Court, as such the Criminal Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. 6.
