In the prosecution case, it is alleged that on 18.12.2023 at about 07.00 pm, while the informant was dealing with his clients in his shop, the applicant came and said that he (informant) is earning so much and further asked him to give Rs. 20,000/- per month which was refused by the informant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the case. It is a case of no injury. He has not demanded any extortion money.
