This is an application filed by the parties for placing on record a compromise agreement, in terms whereof the parties have mutually agreed to withdraw the present petition as well as the complaint pending before the Trial Court. As per the terms of the compromise, it has been agreed by the parties, that an amount of Rupees Two Lakhs shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent. Learned Counsel for the respondents has submitted that the said amount stands received by the respondent in terms of the compromise. His statement is taken on record. 02. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to the condition that the respondent shall also withdraw the complaint pending before the trial court. The interim order dated 27th of January, 2023, passed by this Court, whereby proceedings pending before the trial court were stayed, is hereby vacated so as to enable the trial court to dismiss the complaint filed by the respondents against the petitioners as withdrawn. 03.
