Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing teh opposite parties to install the proper and adequate street lights at /near Ansal Angan Yojna, Phase-3, Park No.5, Dipawali Park and the Tiraha (Three Sided Road) in front of the part, in the interest of justice. (Contained as Annexure No.2 & 3)" 2. Shri Namit Sharma, learned counsel for respondent/Nagar Nigam, based upon instructions, states that adequate steps shall be taken for installation of the lights as prayed by the petitioner within one month. 3. In view of the said undertaking, present petition is disposed off with direction to do the needful as undertaken within the time prescribed. 4. In case no steps are taken, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court again.
