This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 12.02.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0113 of 2025, under Section 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. Learned counsel for petitioners states that both the petitioners have got married with each other as per Muslim rites and rituals and hence at this stage they do not require any protection. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition at the later stage. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.
