The following prayer has been made in the instant petition: "I. Issue any writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents not to take and acquire the land of petitioners bearing Gata No. 284 Area 0.4560, situated at Village Chunehati Gara, Tehsil Saharanpur, District Saharanpur, U.P. within the stipulated period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that in identical facts and circumstances this Court in Writ-C No. 42822 of 2023 declined to interfere as final notification under Section 19 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, had not been issued till that time. 3. The factual position as admitted by both the parties is that even by now no notification under Section 19 has been issued. 4. In such circumstances, we dismiss the instant petition as premature with liberty to the petitioners to raise objections in case final declaration notifying acquisition of the subject land is issued by the respondents. 5.
