Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 2. In paragraph 16 of the counter affidavit the University has stated that University considering the facts and circumstances of the case, is willing to take sympathetic view of the matter and as one time exception permitting the petitioner to appear in Internal Assessment Retest. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement made in paragraph 16 of the counter affidavit, the University is directed to permit the petitioner to take Internal Assessment Retest in the two subjects namely 'Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing' and 'Professional Ethics and Professional Accounting System'. 4. The prayer sought by the petitioner has been accepted by the University in paragraph 16 of the counter affidavit and in the light of statement made in paragraph 16 of the counter affidavit, this Court has permitted the petitioner to appear in Internal Assessment Retest in the aforesaid two subjects.
