Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate to decide petitioner’s application for demarcation as early as possible. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that from perusal of the demarcation application, filed by petitioner, it is revealed that petitioner is seeking removal of encroachment from his land and such relief can only be granted in regular suit under Section 209 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act. 4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I dispose of the writ petition with request to the Assistant Collector concerned to examine the matter and take decision as per law, one way or the other, within two years from date of production of certified copy of this order.
