Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further contended that the petitioner Kamal Singh has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench in FIR No. 41/2024. It is contended that similarly placed co-accused Hitesh Bhadu and Vimlendu have already been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated
03.03.2025. The offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners are exclusively triable by Magistrate. The accused- petitioner Pradyuman Singh is in custody since 22.02.2025 and Kamal Singh is in custody since 05.08.2024 and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the accused- petitioners may be enlarged on bail. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor opposed the grant of bail application and submitted the factual report. The same is taken on record. It is contended that petitioners in collusion with other co- accused has prepared forged Taekwondo certificates and thereafter provided it to the other co-accused. The petitioners also received huge amount in their bank accounts. It is further contended that the accused-petitioner Kamal Singh was involved in similar nature of case and against him FIR No. 41/2024 is also registered, therefore, considering the gravity of the offence, the instant bail applications of the accused-petitioners deserves to be dismissed. Heard and perused the material available on the record. It is not desirable to express anything on the merits of the case. Similarly situated co-accused Hitesh and Vimlendu have already been enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated

03.03.2025. Considering the fact that the accused-petitioner Kamal Singh has also been enlarged on bail in FIR No. 41/2024 and the offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioners are triable by Magistrate and trial of the case will take considerable time. Charge-sheet against the accused-petitioner Kamal Singh has already been submitted before the concerned court, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners 1. Kamal Singh S/o Shri Revti Singh, 2.
Pradyuman Singh S/o Ramsukhi, in connection with FIR No. 40/2024 registered at Police Station SOG District A.T.S. and S.O.G. shall be enlarged on bail provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge.
