Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by a lady aged about 18 years against her uncles who are the respondent nos.4 and 5. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an orphan and has lost her parents and now she is being threatened by her uncles for dispossessing her from her house. The petitioner has also filed a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Farrukhabad. 4. Normally, the writ Courts are not inclined to entertain such petitions. However, in the peculiar facts and circumstances wherein a lady aged about 18 years who has lost her parents and is being threatened by her uncles, we are of the view that some protection is required to be given to such lady. 5. In light of the same, the Superintendent of Police, Farrukhabad is directed to look into the matter and take necessary steps for protection of the lady in accordance with law. 6.
