Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite parties to enquire and remove the illegal encroachment/possession of the opposite party No.5 to 9 over the Naveen Parti Gata No. 1279 measuring area 0.0250 hect, and Banjar Land Gata No. 1281 measuring area 0.1640 hect, and Banjar Land Gata No. 1282 measuring area 0.0250 hect, Situated in Village-Jangal Ram Nagar, Pargana and Tehsil-Amethi, District-Amethi in pursuance of General Direction issued by this Hon'ble in case of Panna Lal and others Vs District Magistrate Gautam Budh Nagar on 07-10-2009 as well as Government order/Circular issued on 08-05-2017 by Board of Revenue Uttar Pradesh Lucknow which are contained as Annexure No. 1 and 2 to this writ petition in the interest of Justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of moving an appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application under Section 67 of the Code, and in case, if such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within the period as prescribed in the statute.
