A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit has been filed for the relief of cancellation of two documents said to have been executed by the plaintiff in favour of the defendants 1 and 2. The defendants 1 and 2 have already been set ex parte. The defendants 3 and 4, who are the officials of the Registration Department, have already filed their written statement. The suit is being adjourned for framing of issues from March 2024 onwards. 3.
