By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for correction of District as Kamrup (M) instead of District- Goalpara, which was wrongly written in the connected WP(C) No. 2408/2025 and hence also written in the interim order dated 09.05.2025 passed by this Court in the said writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that in terms of Page No.# 4/4 order dated 20.06.2025, he has filed the amended cause title in respect of respondent nos.5 and 6. 4. Accordingly, the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to the extent that the words “Superintendent of Police (Border), Goalpara” wherever appeared in the order dated 09.05.2025, passed in the connected WP(C) 2408/2025, shall be now read as “Deputy Commissioner of Police, Kamrup (M)”. 5. Consequently, the time frame given in the order dated 09.05.2025 for appearance of the applicant shall stand extended by further period of 10 (ten) days from today. 6. This order shall be read in conjunction with order dated 09.05.2025, passed in the connected WP(C) 2408/2025. 7. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
