Savitri devi and 2 others vs. Om Prakash & 3 others) Suit for Partition, to decide the case expeditiously in a time frame manner within the period as the Hon'ble Court may fix, at an earliest opportunity, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
